So NAC does this amazing thing. It converts to glutathione in the gut.
GLUTATHIONE is one very important non-essential amino acid to overall gut health. One example, children who are diagnosed with autism, have leaky gut. Leaky gut forms in a weak microbiome and connected to weaken mitochondrial health.
Glutathione is a key player in supporting gut health and prevention of leaky gut.
I personally have a girlfriend who's daughter after her 4 month shots displayed autistic behaviors. They was 20 years ago before we knew anything.
She stripped her babies diet of sugar and cured her by adding higher NAC foods and higher L-TRYPTOPHAN foods. Balanced the 9 essential amino acids.
PARASITES connect directly to the causation of....you guessed it....poor mitochondrial health and LEAKY GUT.
Now what is the difference between non-essential and essential amino acids?
Essential amino acid means we have to get these from food sources. Right now most diets are higher in L-argenine and lower in L-lysine, NAC, L-tryptophan. Unbalanced.
Non-essential means our bodies can create it utilizing the correct amount of essential amino acids.
NAC has other functions but the key function is glutathione.
L-tryptophan creates niacin (mitochondria health a long list of other things), serotonin, and melatonin. These travel throughout the body but all 3 can cross blood brain barrier as well.
Niacin break into 3 Compounds of itself one converts into a small but energy packed form for our mitochondria called NAD+
Parasites first goal in the gut is to make the body hospitable for themselves. They destroy the bodies Tryptophan stores and the NAC. (Now you know why they banned NAC at the beginning of covid AND the FDA lowered the recommended daily intake of niacin from 20mg to 14mg August of 2021)
The "science" also says autism is because the mother has poor mitochondrial health she passes down....nah, she is passing parasites to that infants body without knowing it.
I honestly have been a freak about learning about these things. Our bodies crave the essential amino acids and these can help help the gut microbiome making it hostile for parasites.
The issue is knowing what your body needs and what is overdoing it.
Tryptophan for example. We get about 1000mg in our diets. We can have about 6000mg. If we get more than 12,000mg it can be very dangerous. I prefer for myself food sources like pumpkin seeds or wild game for that amino acid.
NAC I can't remember exact numbers but it is an easy lookup.
Niacin we have to realize our bodies can create as well. I have seen people discuss increasing even to a 100mg/150mg daily and cure psoriasis. That was my dear friend who did this research with me. He is a licensed physician in 4 states and considered a medical expert. He flies all over the states and testifies in court cases as a medical expert. He told me you can overdo it on niacin too. Sustained (6 months or more) of 3000mg or more can start to cause problems with liver, diabetes increased risk, increased bleeding risks things like that.
I sought help learning this stuff and met many good doctors who were fighting the system. This doctor I speak of lost one of his positions because he refused to get vaxxed and refused to vent patients. He was curing with natural things and they canned him. He had that position for 31 years.
Another person I met is a compound pharmacist and through him and medical admiral in the navy. There are good people that are helping us, and I have been very fortunate to meet them.
There is an excellent book on Niacin that was written a long time ago that says low dose/high frequency is key to taking it.
Knowing food sources and keeping habits there is amazing.
Also, for me as I cleansed, and I mix cleanses up because it works for me I look for supplements that nurture the gut microbiome to help the good bacteria fight the war inside.
Do your research and learn yourself. 2 of the best things I have ever done for myself. We all are trying here ❤️
